There are many things to do in Steamboat Springs... All year round!!

So much to do we can’t list it all. Whatever your reason to visit Wyndham Steamboat Springs, there is something for everyone...

Early morning first run for intermediate and advance skiers, 5 night trails illuminated , guided tours, lessons, ski with Billy the Kid (1964 olympic silver medalist) or Nelson (1982 broze medalist and mogul world cup winner) on Nelson for some mogul lessons. Something for everyone regardless of your skiing experience. Cross Country ski tours, and trails are also available to enjoy the scenery and the crisp winter days.

Moonlit Snow Shoe Tour with Dinner:
This 1 hour 1 mile tour takes you up the Steamboat gondola where you will have a guided tour and enjoy the quiet trails while you snowshoe and learn about the area. At the end of the tour you will stop at Hazie’s for dinner and a spectacular view of Yampa Valley.

Sweet Pea Hot Springs Tour:
The tour lasts around 3.5 to 4 hours and guaranteed about an hour and 15 in the waters. Soak up the therapeutic hot springs ranging from 101 to 105 degrees. All tours after 4:30pm are reserved for adults only (18 and older). Please remember to bring your own towel, bathing suit and warm clothing. You can bring your own beverage (non alcoholic or anything in a glass container) but food is not allowed.

Old Town Hot Springs:
Colorado’s original hot springs resort enjoy one of the 104 degree pool. Soak up the heat or enjoy the 230 foot waterslide or acquatic climbing wall. The Old Town Hot springs also offers spa service, kids pools, lap pools and childcare for a bit of adult time. This is a popular activity and reservations are required. The tour is non-refundable unless cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.

Visiting Steamboat springs during the warmer months there is still tons to do during your vacation. Hot air balloom rides, spa days, golfing, biking, hiking. There is something for everyone. Looking for a place to dine, have a great brunch or take in the view...

Guided Hike for The Adventurer:
Enjoy a hike on the Mt Werner. Lead but a Steamboat Ambassador the tour starts with the scenic gondola ride up to the top, follows trails through the mountain as the guide points out various spots and information about the landscape. Stop to take pictures and enjoy the view. Lunch is also included in this tour , stopping at Thunderhead lodge lunch will be served around 12pm and includes several entrees, salads and dessert as well as a glass of wine or a soft drink.

Mountain Biking:
With trails for all levels and over 50 miles of Gondala accessible trails there is something for everyone. The bike shop at the base of the mountain is there for all your biking needs from rentals to gears to repairs. Never been before but wanted to try? Looking for a mountain bike or a cruiser bike? Steamboat Mountain Bike rentals has all the equipment as well as lessons to help you enjoy the day.

Scenic Gondola Ride:
Take a scenic trip up Mt Werner in this 8 passenger gondola ride. Experience the panoramic view and stop to eat at the top of the mountain or take one of the many hiking trails or biking trails offered. The gondola runs every day but make sure you check the schedule for the last lift down the mountain.

Coca Cola Adventure Zone:
For the adventurer in us all. Stop at the base and see what the current activities are for the Coca Cola Adventure zone. Activities run from mid June until the end of August. Then weekends only until the end of September. Rockclimbing, slingshot bungee, water walkerz, consider getting a day pass that allows you unlimited access to the rides and attractions.

Book a golf trip at Haymaker or Rollingstone:
Both 18 hole golf courses are owned by the City of Steamboat Springs. You will need to book your tee time in advance and prices vary depending on early season, time of day and which course. Haymaker course also offers a Pro-Shop, practice range and the price of the round include access to the practice range, range balls and a golf cart.

Sunset Happy Hour:
After a long day of fun in the sun take some quiet time to enjoy a cocktail and music which watching the sunset and the valley below.

Spa Service:
Need a bit more unwinding? Enjoy the Steamboat Grand Spa located across from the slopes. Massages, body treatments and esthetics are offered to pamper you.
